Grade 4 Pupil Applied For Job At NASA and NASA's Response To His Letter Went Viral.

This 9-yr-old pupil took his pencil and paper to apply for the post of a "Planetary protection officer", and a family friend took it to reddit as a post it went viral.

Bored panda reported how "NASA responded to his application as at the time it got to them, encouraging him to make good grades in school and one day they will be expecting him in the station to be a great scientist at the station, the space agency took time to explain to him on their twitter handle that " planetary protection officer gathers measures in protecting the planet from microbes and also protecting mars and asteriods from the diseases humans carry.

Below is the letter NASA wrote back to him.
It reads thus.


. Dear jack,
. I hear you are a "Guardian of the Galaxy" and you want to be a "planetary protection officer" at NASA, that's great.


 we want you to know that as a "Planetery protection officer" is cool and very important work, we protect the earth from tiny microbes we bring back from the moon, Mars and other planets and protect the moon from germs as we responsibly explore them.
We are always looking forward for bright future scientists and engineers to join NASA.
we want you to work hard and do well in your studies, hope to see you here at NASA one day.
