Unizik Reschedule Post Utme Exam Date

Nnamdi Azikiwe university, normally abbreviated Unizik has announced the official days for their POST UTME screening exercise for candidates who chose the institution as their first choice in the just concluded Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations(UTME).
The school cancelled the first proposed date due the ASUU strike that retarded the activities of most public universities in Nigeria which created a cloven between lecturers, students and federal government.
Since the suspension of the strike on 18, September, 2017.
Unizik has now made it clear to aspirants of the school that 22nd 0f September 2017, the registration fades and the exam screening will be on 25th sep. - 2nd Oct. 2017, which is a week interval.
NEW SCREENING EXERCISE DATES:
MONDAY, 25th - MONDAY, 2nd October, 2017.
Monday,25th-Monday,2nd October.
1st Day: Monday, 25th September, 2017.-Art and physical Sciences(Faculty).
2nd Day: Tuesday, 26th September, 2017.-management sciences and Biosciences(Faculty).
3rd Day: Wednesday,27 September,2017-Engineering and Education (faculty).
4th Day: Thursday,28th September, 2017-Medicine,Basic Medical sciences, Agricultural sciences(Faculty).
5th Day: Friday, 29september 2017-Law and pharmacy (Faculty).
6th Day: Saturday,30th September 2017-social sciences and Environmental sciences.
7th Day: Monday,2ndoctober, 2017.
Health sciences and Technology.
Eligibility requirements:
Candidates who made Nnamdi Azikiwe University their first choice and have the general required cut-off mark of 200 are eligible to apply.
Note: The exam will be purely computer base(cbt) at the school library and the questions will be short.
However, some faculties/programmes requires only 180 as their cut-off mark. They are listed below:-Agriculture:AgricEcon and extension,Animal science and fisheries,forestry and wildlife,food science and technology,soil science, crop science.
-Education:adult education,childhood and primary education,guidance and counseling,human kinetics and health education,library and information science,science education and vocational education.
-Arts: Igbo, African& Asian Studies, History & International Studies, Linguistics, Music, Philosophy, Modern European Languages, Religion & Human Relations, Theatre and Film Studies, and Chinese Studies.

-Engineering: Agric & Bioresources Engineering, Polymer &Textiles Engineering.
-Environmental Sciences: Architecture, Building, Quantity Surveying and Geoinformatics, Fine and Applied Arts, Environmental management, Estate management
-Physical Sciences: Mathematics and Statistics only.
-Health Sciences and Technology: Environmental Health only.
- Management Sciences: Entrepreneurial Studies only.

Basically any candidate having 200 as his/her cut-off mark can even write for medicine but the Chances of getting admission might be rear.
